Paid for 2020 ELF
We are thrilled to be able to gather in-person for the 2022 ELF. Below is some important information for you as someone who paid to attend the in-person 2020 ELF (including how to receive the 50 percent discount). (If you did not pay for the 2020 ELF, please visit this page for more info on the 2022 ELF, including how to register.)
Important Note: To be eligible for the 50% discount, you must register for the 2022 ELF by 31 January.
This year’s ELF will be a bit different than those in the past. Here are a few important things you need to know before registering. Participants must be:
Fully vaccinated against COVID-19 - In order to comply with Polish regulations for large gatherings and to provide a safe, interactive environment, ELF participants are required to be fully vaccinated with one of the four vaccines recognized by the Polish government:
- Comirnaty (Pfizer)
- Spikevax (Moderna)
- Vaxzevria (AstraZeneca)
- COVID-19 Vaccine Janssen (Johnson & Johnson)
Willing to comply with any other COVID-19 safety measures - In order to comply with the Polish government restriction for large gatherings, ELF may employ additional COVID-19 safety measures such as rapid testing, masking, or distancing.
We understand that vaccination is an issue for some. If this is the case for you, please know that we will miss seeing you in Wisla in May. We hope this requirement will be unnecessary in coming years and want to remain together in our shared mission of reaching Europe with the Gospel. We hope to see you at a future ELF.
General Rates
As promised, those who paid to attend the 2020 in-person ELF will receive a 50% discount to the 2022 ELF. This discount is based on the cost of the regular (not early, already discounted) 2022 registration rates.
For only the second time in 15 years, we have had to increase registration fees for ELF to offset cost increases. The rates for this year's ELF are as follows (for any participants who were accepted and paid in 2020):

A double room for five nights (Sat, 21 May - Thur, 26 May)

Single Room Add-On
Single room pricing is structured differently at the 2022 ELF than it has been in the past. This year participants can reserve a single room by paying the general rate (above) plus an additional 125 EUR. A limited number of single rooms are available at this reduced rate. Once they are gone, the fee will increase to an additional 180 EUR.

Scholarship Rates
If you were a scholarship applicant who paid to attend the in-person 2020 ELF, you will also receive a 50% discount off the regular 2022 scholarship rate.
Please Note: We want to offer our limited scholarship funds to as many people as possible. Therefore, you will be asked to contribute above and beyond these rates as you are able. The fees below are the minimum amounts that those receiving scholarships will be asked to pay.

We encourage those who qualify for scholarships to apply as soon as possible, especially those in need of visas to enter Poland.
Extra Nights Add-Ons
We encourage you to arrive a day early to ELF to participate in one of the Pre-Forum Conferences, which begin on Friday, 20 May. The cost of lodging and meals for the extra night of Friday, 20 May is:
- 40 EUR for scholarship recipients
- 80 EUR for non-scholarship recipients staying in a double room
- 90 EUR for non-scholarship recipients staying in a single room

It is important to note that ELF is unable to offer refunds under any circumstances. For this reason, we strongly recommend that you purchase travel insurance for your trip to the Forum.
