Come learn how to responsibly interpret apocalyptic literature and be renewed by a fresh vision of the Lord Jesus. (Limit: 30 participants)
God uses many words to describe himself, but one is stunningly personal – Father. This is thrilling… and problematic. You don’t have another Jesus, or another Holy Spirit, but you do have another father, and your experience of him shapes the way you see God. Because of this, unknowingly, you may be “Father deficient,” missing key resources God the Father is offering. In this seminar, we will draw from Scripture to evaluate four key areas of your… Read more

What lessons can be learned for how to do this in ways that show the credibility of our faith? What can be learned in the dialogue that inevitably comes with such exchanges? Join us for this seminar as we address these questions and more, drawing on the speaker’s experience of theological… Read more
The early church was faced with communicating and explaining the gospel of the Crucified Messiah as Saviour of the World to a society with a very different worldview. The principle of St. Paul - "To the Jew first" - necessitated an apologetic in the context of the synagogue, and the second part, "and then to the Greek“, entailed gaining an understanding of the prevalent Greek and Roman religion and philosophy. Communicating the… Read more

It seems like everyone in culture is talking about identity these days. Identity is, at its core, a sense of self that distinguishes us from the people around us and gives clarity to our place in this world. It turns out that a sense of self is meaningful when it meets three, deep-seated, underlying needs for significance, security, and satisfaction. God created us find those deep identity needs met in a childlike relationship with himself, but… Read more

We will examine the strange new world of gender fluidity, gender self-identification and gender transition from a cultural and medical perspective, attend to the experience of gender-diverse individuals and ‘de-transitioners’, and explore a biblical perspective on gender, sex, identity, and our physical bodies. This will provide the platform… Read more
