There is a “longevity problem” in the church today: as our youth get older, there are less and less of them. For the church to flourish in Europe, we need to be reflecting on the strategies we can enact to help young people stay in the faith. This seminar will briefly focus on the reasons for dropout and then focus on practical strategies to help with the retention of young people in the church.
