Therese Bass

Therese Bass is the International Ministry Coordinator for Europe and Sub-Saharan Africa at IHS Global in Hungary.
I decided to follow Christ when I was 25 years old. The journey started on an invitation to a Bible believing church by a colleague, it was there that I got to know more about Jesus as my personal Saviour, and I decided to follow Him. I realised I was a sinner and Jesus Christ had already paid the price for my sin. So, I asked Jesus into my life, and my personal Journey as a believer of Jesus Christ began.
My Christian walk is a journey of faith in God, where I strive to become more like Jesus through a process. I have seen my youth pastor's wife's life of humility and the godliness in her life showing holiness as a believer. She has impacted my life with her selfless response to the service of God. She honours God with every area of her life, through every action and every motive.
I want to be able to answer Catholic's questions directly, while being able to listen and converse with Catholic friends and not be judgmental.
I work with IHS Global, and my ministry involves teaching the Saline Process, a course designed to train healthcare workers to be witnesses for Jesus. I am also involved with the Salt and Light Programme, which equips those who are not in the healthcare setting (church leaders, organisations, etc.) to share their faith with others.
In the past, I have been involved in children's and youth camping. I have been involved in retreats. My present job allows me to support various partners involved in the Saline Process.
You should invest in me because I am called to discipleship in various missions. Attending the Forum has helped me to improve my communication methods to ensure clear and effective messaging both within the ministry and to the broader community around me. Moving forward, I would like to be even more equipped in discipleship and networking strategies to do God's Kingdom work.
