Sam Ngugi
Sam Ngugi is the executive director of Mission Campaign Network and Gen12.
I was born again in May 1999. After hearing the gospel, I was convicted of my sin, lostness, and deep need for Jesus to save me. A few weeks later, I was baptized. The salvation experience filled my life with joy and passion for the Lord and became a significant turning point in my life. Later, I joined a discipleship program where I was nurtured. Discipleship ushered me on a new journey of developing a personal relationship with Jesus through communion with Him in prayer, the word (hearing God, Scripture meditation, and memorization), character development, accountability, and growth in the knowledge of God.
I want to be more informed of what God is doing in Europe, connect and network with like-minded leaders for God's mission, and be inspired and refreshed spiritually.

I am a full-time doctoral student and lead the Mission Campaign Network. This mission agency exists to mobilise, equip, and engage God's people to participate in God's mission to the nations. We inspire, educate, and challenge God's people to participate intentionally, strategically, and collaboratively in God's mission. We equip using missional discipleship and cross-cultural mission programs; we equip God's people to participate fruitfully in God's mission. We provide pathways for strategic participation in reaching the least reached nations with the Gospel's good news through partnerships with individuals, local churches, and like-minded organisations to engage God's people in His redemptive mission to all nations.
I am the Director of Mission Campaign Network and GEN12, which entails day-to-day strategic leadership. I work closely with a management team and team leaders to implement our strategic plans. I am the National Coordinator of the Perspectives Course on the World Christian Movement. This entails the growth and expansion of the Perspectives Study Program in Kenya. I participate in mobilising diaspora Christians to engage in near-neighbour missions in the UK and Europe. I am a board member of an international mission organisation. We meet quarterly to execute the mandate of the Board.
I am passionate about growing organisational leaders, structures, systems, and processes to ensure an organization is functioning at the highest efficiency, effectiveness, and fruitfulness. I am also passionate about mobilizing and developing resources for the ministry.
