Ruben Andreica is the Partnership Coordinator with Equip Romania.
When did you trust Christ?
I was born into a Christian family and trusted Christ at 17. I was changed when I found Jesus.
What have been the defining moments of your Christian walk?
It was defining when God told me to attend a Christian Bible school in Bucharest instead of going to school for geography, which was my initial plan.
What do you hope to gain from participating?
I have no experience in coordinating and training a discipleship department in the church. As such, I need models, examples, and help to further my ministry.
What is your ministry?
Within Equip, we train leaders and ministers involved in schools, prisons, rehabilitation centres, mission and evangelism organisations, and various NGOs that have an impact across all spheres of society.
What is your leadership role or what were your past leadership roles?
In my local church, Casa Painii, I am an elder and serve in the department of discipleship, missions, and Evangelism. I am involved in the training and equipping of leaders. I also preach monthly.
Why should someone invest in your ministry?
Romania needs a transformational process to heal the country from past problems. It also has great potential; the Romanian diaspora is present in every European country. In the same way, we already have over 100 missionaries present on all the world's continents.
