Ruben Andreica
Ruben Andreica is the Partnership Coordinator with Equip Romania.
I made the original decision to trust and follow Jesus in 1997, during a significant personal encounter with Him. This moment marked a profound spiritual awakening for me, leading to a deep conviction of His presence and calling in my life. In 1998, I followed through with baptism, publicly declaring my faith, and in 1999, I experienced a transformative baptism with the Holy Spirit, which further solidified my commitment to dedicate myself to ministry. These pivotal moments set the course for my journey of faith, shaping my decisions, actions, and aspirations ever since. So I become a new believer in Jesus.
It was defining when God told me to attend a Christian Bible school in Bucharest instead of going to school for geography, which was my initial plan.
Each of us needs growth. We need to be connected with dedicated leaders with a chosen calling. In meetings of great value, God always speaks to me and helps me to dedicate myself and increase my vision. It is incredible to meet with leaders you have not met and with whom you have the same goals regarding the Kingdom of God.
I expect to gain spiritual growth, leadership development, networking opportunities, inspiration and encouragement, vision and direction, renewed passion, practical tools, and support and accountability.
My ministry consists of developing partnerships and equipment for churches, mission organisations, and other entities. I meet with pastors, NGO directors, and various coordinators in related evangelisation works. We offer support in schools, prisons, universities, and businesses to train leaders in all sectors of influence. I also help churches to organise their management teams.
From 1997 to 1999, I was a youth leader for a mission group. From 1999 to 2003, I was a student at the Pentecostal Institute in Bucharest. From 2004 to 2010, I was the National Coordinator for MTU-Romania, a mission agency. Since 2009, I have been an elder in my church, and since 2023, I have been the Partnership Coordinator with Equip Romania and a board member for Frontiers Romania.
Romania needs a transformational process to heal from past problems. With our Beyond Success program, we work in schools, churches, prisons, businesses, organisations, conferences, and evangelisation programs with global impact. In order to mentor the next generation of leaders in Romania, we need to grow alongside trained ministry leaders of character and great value.
