Remek Neumann
Remek Neumann is a pastor and the president of a publishing house in Poland.
I grew up in a Christian home, so I knew about Christianity early. I decided to repent and follow Jesus when I was 16 during a special evangelism service in my home church. After that, I felt convicted and knew I wanted to follow Jesus Christ wholeheartedly.
When I was 18 years old, I started to work as a youth worker and youth helper. As a counsellor, I also attended Christian camps, youth conferences, and retreats. Because of this, I have met several influential people who have encouraged me and shaped my understanding of faith.
Attending the Forum has been very refreshing and fulfilling for me. I have received excellent teaching and new ideas for my ministry. I have also received wisdom and knowledge and have been encouraged and empowered to do what God has called me to do.
I am the full-time pastor of a local Baptist church in a small town in Central Poland. I transitioned into this role after spending 20 years as a youth worker in Polish Protestant churches. In addition, I am the President of a publishing house owned by the Baptist Union of Poland and serve as the Editor in Chief for their magazine.
I started to lead when I was 18 years old. First, I was a youth leader in my home church. After that, my pastor suggested that I study at a theological seminary. So, I did. After three years of training, I spent twenty years working as a youth leader before beginning my current roles.
I believe I have a lot to learn, and I am grateful for any additional training because it will help me improve my ministry and work as a pastor.
