Pavel Tsvor is a Belarusian refugee, serving as a youth leader in Poland.
When did you trust Christ?
I was 14 years old, and I was reading about Jesus in the Bible. I knew then that I was a sinner. My life did not change immediately, but I started looking for Jesus.
What have been the defining moments of your Christian walk?
My father influenced me throughout my life. His example helped me to be more powerful and hard-working in following Jesus.
What do you hope to gain from participating?
I hope the Forum will give me new knowledge and motivation for my ministry. There are a lot of moments when we don't know or don't want to do something for Jesus, and I think that is an excellent opportunity to reset and start doing more than before.
What is your ministry?
I am a Belarusian refugee serving as a youth leader in Poland. I work with young people ages 15 to 30. Every Sunday, we have a youth ministry where we pray, worship, and read the Bible. We try to invite students and other people who don't visit the church. We understand that is the most important thing in our ministry. Also, I help a pastor with different ministries.
What is your leadership role or what were your past leadership roles?
I have been the leader of a small group for several years. A group of people meets once a week to have time for fellowship and to practice the ‘one-anothers'.
Why should someone invest in your ministry?
I am a leader, and the Forum could improve my skills in working with youth to achieve greater things in my ministry.
