Nicolae Lica
Nicolae Lica is the pastor of a Baptist church in the Czech Republic.
I was raised in a Christian family and attended church all my life. I read the Bible in my first class in school. My mother influenced me spiritually and impacted my life. I developed a relationship with Jesus through my adolescence, and when I was 18 years old, I confessed Jesus as my Lord and Saviour and was baptised. After that, my only desire in life became to serve God.
Some defining moments in my life include three years of Bible college in Olomouc, where my faith in God was strengthened for ministry; 10 years of theological study at TCM Haus Edelweiss Austria; personal Bible study; and relationships with mentors and friends.
Being at the Forum is helpful for my spiritual formation and development as a leader, pastor, and Christian. I am so grateful for being exposed to new ideas and receiving help from senior leaders. I have welcomed new challenges, increased my knowledge, and have been inspired, guided, and encouraged to grow in godliness and be a more effective leader. The Forum encourages and allows me to give back to other people. Since I started attending the Forum, my ministry has been more mature, confident, and balanced. I study more and want to be a better leader and worker for Jesus. I am also more motivated to disciple others for the Kingdom.
I have been a pastor of Karlovy Vary Baptist Church since 2010. I teach God's Word and preach the Gospel of Jesus to our people. I love to build God's Kingdom. I am also a life coach who helps leaders and pastors fulfil their God-given potential in building His Kingdom.
I was the pastor of a Baptist church in Vikyrovice for 11 years, and I have been the pastor of my current church since 2010.
You should invest in me because I am a pastor who loves the church and wants to see it grow. My passion is seeing the church revitalised in order to win lost souls to Christ. I have been involved in full-time ministry since 1999, and I hope to lead my church and other churches through a revitalisation process.
