What is your ministry?

Right now, I work in my church. My job covers everything: accounting, coordinating, organising events, publishing, etc. I take part in most ministries in our church.

When did you trust Christ?

I was born into a Christian family, so I have always known Jesus. But five years ago, my whole faith and belief system developed when I moved to China for a semester to study. I started believing as a grown person, not a child anymore. It was a huge process for me.

What have been the defining moments of your Christian walk?

When I was 17, I moved to China for a semester to study. I have a big family; this was my first time living alone. I understood that God was with me always and everywhere. He started to develop my faith then, and although it was challenging, I will always be thankful for this time. I got to a shallow spiritual point, but slowly, Jesus led me into a new place closer to Him. When I returned home, I finished school, started university, and started working in my church as an assistant. Now, my job is developing - they want to turn me into a lead coordinator. I need ELF's training to become a strong, brave worker of God.

What do you hope to gain from participating?

As I said before, my pastors want to change my job from an assistant to a coordinator/manager/leader. I must learn to delegate tasks to all volunteers and oversee all communications and organisation. I desperately need training as this will all be new to me. My current work ethic is going task after task, which doesn't work for our system. I need better leadership skills.

What is your leadership role or what were your past leadership roles?

Before working as an assistant, I was part of the youth ministry. We organised hangouts, movie nights, and activities of such sort. I also was part of the technical support crew; specifically, I helped change the slides.

Why should someone invest in your ministry?

I will be incredibly thankful if people decide to invest in my training. After receiving this training, I believe I will be a better employee of our church and a better human, as I plan to participate in ministries for the rest of my life consistently.
