Michalina Pawlukiewicz is a graphic designer leading youth at her church in Poland.

When did you trust Christ?

I made the decision to trust Christ when I was five, but walked away from Him in my teenage years. At age 19, I returned to my relationship with Jesus.

What have been the defining moments of your Christian walk?

Graduating from school was a turning point. My friends had a huge influence on my faith, and I wanted the life I saw in them. That's when I followed Jesus completely.

What do you hope to gain from participating?

After my time at the Forum, I noticed and felt, above all, a growth in my conscious pastoral leadership. Before attending the conference, I experienced some difficulties and doubts, but the discussions, theory, and private conversations with the workshop leaders greatly helped me find the strength to take responsibility for others. I'd like to return to the Forum because it was a good time of growth and inspiration. I was incredibly encouraged by the shared fellowship, the shared prayers for Europe, the worship, and the sermons. The love for Jesus expressed by so many people was incredibly inspiring.

What is your ministry?

My ministry primarily involves working with the youth of our church, which involves organising weekly meetings. I also take the youth to conferences, organise trips, and events to meet youth from churches in other cities. This also includes pastoral guidance for the youth. I also assist in other church activities, helping with children's events and women's evangelism, and serving the leaders of our church.

What is your leadership role or what were your past leadership roles?

I have served as an assistant youth leader and Christian camp educator.

Why should someone invest in your ministry?

I am young and have no family to support me, but I have a huge heart for my local church. I can be useful on so many fronts and want to develop and enrich my knowledge for the good of my community.
