Lynn Nwagbara
Lynn Nwagbara is the Executive Director of the African Enterprise.
I first came to understand the message of the Gospel and trust Christ just before my 17th birthday in April 1980.
I was called into full-time ministry in 1982. Some defining moments were my participation in evangelistic year teams in Belgium from 1984-1986 and my return to Belgium as a full-time missionary in 1991. It was just before a major evangelistic outreach took place in Brussels—those around me were sceptical that I would raise my support in time, but I was sure that the Lord would provide. In 2001, I transitioned to African Enterprise, following Michael Cassidy's (founder of AE) leadership mission to Brussels. It was impactful to be a part of the reconciliation ministry amongst Rwandese in Belgium.
I hope to be able to bring my colleagues to the Forum so they can see some of its key components (e.g., year-round mentoring) and consider how we can implement these components into key platforms in Africa.
I represent the African Enterprise in Europe and in different countries on the African continent. Additionally, I am part of the European prayer breakfast workgroup, the administrator for an evangelist training workgroup designed for French-speaking Europeans and Africans, and I just joined the Rise n Strength women's ministry workgroup as the administrator. Lastly, I am part of the leadership team for my local church in Brussels.
While I have been in my current role at African Enterprise Europe since 2001, one of my past leadership roles was as the Administrator of the Global Evangelists Forum from 2011-2020.
You should invest in my ministry so I can continue to learn from others in my sphere of influence and further equip myself for the leadership roles that I hold. I hope to bring strategic leaders from African Enterprise to the Forum, which will enable us to cross-pollinate Africa with aspects learned at ELF. For 2025, I think primarily of the African continental congress that AE will be leading in June at Abidjan, Ivory Coast, where I will be a key member of the secretariat.
