What is your ministry?

I am part of the founding group of the church, which was established in 2018 as part of a church foundation project. In the church, I am involved in children's ministry. We have a time specifically dedicated to children during worship, during which we bring them a reflection related to the preaching theme. It is a significant time for them, and it is beautiful to see how the Lord is leading them forward in his ways.

When did you trust Christ?

I grew up in a Christian family. I, therefore, attended the evangelical church from an early age. I listened to the Word of God, but my faith was something I lived in a non-personal way; it was a faith that I shared with my parents. Only when I was a teenager did the Lord open my eyes and show me my sin and what He had done for me by sending his son to pay the price. Since then, my relationship with God has been transformed; it has become personal, where the Lord began a work in me. I thank the Lord for how He has worked and continues to work in my life.

What have been the defining moments of your Christian walk?

Before my conversion, I had moments of spiritual crisis. Unfortunately, I experienced a separation of churches due to theological reasons. Some members of my family were attending a theology course at the time that deviated from the thinking of the pastors of the church we were attending. So, we as a family were no longer welcome within the church. This separation caused me trauma. In the church, love between brothers and sisters was preached. But I did not see this love, so I entered into rebellion with God. It took several years for me to ask the Lord for forgiveness, recognising my need for Him.

What do you hope to gain from participating?

The leaders of my church have encouraged me to participate. I believe it can be vital for me in many ways. I think it will grow my vision for evangelism and help me recognise the best strategies to put at the service of the Lord, learning from those who certainly have a more significant background than mine so that I can be more fruitful in all God gives me to do.

What is your leadership role or what were your past leadership roles?

As mentioned previously, I have been involved in children's ministry.

Why should someone invest in your ministry?

As 'Breach of Rome' churches, we are within a project of founding churches. We need people who are faithful to the Gospel of Christ and are ready to get involved and commit themselves to the service of God. With my husband, a church deacon, we serve the church and are eager to grow and be open to whatever the Lord will give us to do.
