Kamil Englard
Currently, I am involved in ESPA foundation development. As a member of the supervisory board, I am responsible for supervising the foundation's board. I work strictly with the CEO to plan new projects, run current ones, and optimise the foundation's everyday activities. I am responsible for human resources management and finances.
In 2001, during a Christian play organised by a local church in Legnica.
After conversion, I had to follow a path away from my family, as my mother didn't accept my conversion. I got involved in ministry in local churches in Poznań. Later on, I became a volunteer at the ESPA Foundation, and after a few years, I became a member of the board, then vice president, and now a supervisory board member. In the meantime, I started a business, where many Christians are involved, and it also gives ESPA foundation funds to run our mission.
I hope to strengthen my weaknesses, take advantage of the many opportunities, get wisdom and training in management and leadership, and meet other leaders from churches and NGOs with similar missions.
For many years, I have been in ministry in local churches and coordinator of Christian events. I have been involved with the ESPA Foundation as a volunteer, member of the board, vice president, and supervisory board member. In addition, I am the co-owner of 6 Ltd companies as a general director and member of the board.
Investing in leader development is sowing the seeds for a large future harvest. I have been investing in my development for years, thanks to which I impact the lives of several dozen employees, volunteers, and hundreds of thousands of people under the care of foundations, churches, and their agencies. The opportunity to attend such a fantastic conference will enable me to reach even higher levels in my leadership. The meeting of leaders of this class will also allow for the expansion of contacts that may result in even better development of the kingdom of God in Poland and the connection of equal churches and non-governmental organisations and their enrichment. I hope this will give our foundation and church the knowledge for even more mature leadership and expanding the kingdom of God.
