Iva Boszczyková is a Bridge Coordinator with Operation Mobilisation in Ukraine.
When did you trust Christ?
I trust Christ when I was nine years old at a children's camp.
What have been the defining moments of your Christian walk?
Defining moments for me were when youth leaders gave me opportunities to learn and grow, various responsibilities, support, and trust. The most impactful people were genuine Christians with deep integrity.
What do you hope to gain from participating?
I hope that ELF will help me grow, learn, and become a greater asset in my new mission. I look forward to meeting new people, who will help me to network and connect with churches.
What is your ministry?
I work for Operation Mobilisation, which supports missionaries from Central and Eastern Europe. In my role, I help with equipment and intern training. I also serve the youth in my local church.
What is your leadership role or what were your past leadership roles?
I was a leader in the youth group in my local church, organising Saturday youth groups for our high school students. I worked for Josiah Venture as an Admin/Executive Assistant (until January 2025). There, I was part of a team where I learned more about leadership since people in this organisation were very passionate about it. I am moving to Ukraine in March with OM as a Bridge Coordinator.
Why should someone invest in your ministry?
People are open to the Gospel, and they need support. My training can help me to be a blessing to people around me in this difficult time for Ukraine. I will be working on a new project as a coordinator, and I know I need to learn and develop myself so that I can serve well.
