Ionatan Cauneauc
I preach at my church and other churches, disciple the teenage boys from my church, co-organise a summer youth camp, and lead worship in church.
I trusted Jesus as my Lord and Saviour when I was 14 after a missionary from my community approached me and explained the message of the Gospel to me.
After my conversion, I was discipled by the missionary who shared the Gospel with me, which helped me grow as a new believer. After being discipled for about two years, I started discipling other younger boys from my church. Also, I had to undergo several surgeries because of serious medical problems, which helped me trust God and depend on Him. Being involved in ministry, I observed the need for people to serve God. At the age of 16, I decided that I wanted to serve God full-time. So, after I finished high school, I went to study at a theological seminary.
I expect to be educated on different aspects of my ministry, provided with useful tools, and grow in my ministry. The 2023 Forum has helped me enormously to form a correct mindset about ministry and provided me with practical and helpful tools for my ministry. The chance to meet and know other evangelical leaders has also helped me a lot, as we got to share the problems we face and encourage and inspire each other.
I have been the leader of the street evangelism ministry from our church, a leader of a summer mission trip in Greece, the leader of the boys’ discipling ministry in my church, and the youth ministry in my church.
I want to be well-equipped in my ministry, grow as a leader and servant, and learn how to impact through my ministry for the glory of God.
