What is your ministry?
I am a pastor in the Baptist Church in Wisla.
When did you trust Christ?
I trusted Christ in 1976 during an evangelistic campaign in Dziegielow, South Poland. During the one-week campaign, most of my questions about Christianity were answered, and I decided to talk with a friend who had encouraged me to trust Jesus. We prayed together. This was a turning point in my life. I was 19 years old.
What have been the defining moments of your Christian walk?
- Family life when growing up: I grew up in a Lutheran home and was blessed to have a religious education.
- My teachers at the Academy, where I was studying theology, significantly impacted me.
- Christian books from many different authors always inspire me.
- The Arrow Leadership Program I took part in was very important.
- My wife has been a tremendous encouragement.
What do you hope to gain from participating?
I want to attend to learn and build relationships between European leaders in discipleship and Jewish ministry. Since I attended the Forum the last time, I have become more intentional in my discipleship, and my church is better organised.
What is your leadership role or what were your past leadership roles?
I served as the rector of the Baptist Theological Seminary in Warsaw, Poland, and I was also president of the Baptist Union board; this involved different activities such as preaching in different churches. I am also vice chairman for the Evangelical Alliance in Poland and am involved in church planting in Poland.
Why should someone invest in your ministry?
I want to be better equipped for my ministry and to disciple younger leaders.
