What is your ministry?
In late 1999, together with several evangelical leaders, I launched Fundatia Estera, a Crisis Pregnancy Center, where I still serve as president. In 1998, together with five other Baptist leaders, I launched Vox Domini Baptist Church, where I served as the senior pastor until January 2019. I am now the coordinating pastor of Missio Dei Church, a relatively new church plant launched in 2019. In early 2000, together with 21 evangelical leaders, I helped start the BIG Impact Foundation, a leadership development ministry committed to creating educational experiences for evangelical leadership development in Romania and beyond. Ever since we launched this ministry, I have served as the strategic coordinator.
What do you hope to gain from participating?
I would like to interact with experienced leaders so I can learn from their experience, be exposed to both new and old ideas, and access various kinds of resources. I hope to develop new skills and to identify and unlearn practices that are not healthy. Further, I am interested in accessing various types of resources such as books, articles, networks, and training events. I would also be interested in developing strategic partnerships with leaders to invest and work together in Romania and the former Eastern European block in such areas as church leadership, church planting, and church consultation.
What is your leadership role or what were your past leadership roles?
I served as the pastor of Vox Domini Baptist church for 19 years and am now the pastor of a new church plant. I also lead a crisis pregnancy center and a leadership development ministry.
Why should someone invest in your ministry?
I would like to grow in my knowledge of leadership development, mentoring leaders, and leadership transitions.
