Gabriele Magnano

Gabriele Magnano spreads the Gospel in Italy through the use of visual arts.
In 2017, I made the life-changing decision to fully commit my life to Christ and place my trust in Him. Until that point, I had always considered myself a Christian, but I came to realize that my faith was mostly superficial. The turning point led me to embrace my faith authentically, and I began to live my faith out by actively serving in the Church.
My local church has played a crucial role, and the youth group was a tremendous help in my spiritual growth. In 2017, following the end of a relationship, I experienced a profound spiritual awakening—as if waking up from a long sleep.
Participating in the Forum is, first and foremost, an opportunity to be encouraged in my journey as a servant of God. Additionally, connecting with others who serve God in similar areas will inspire the development of new and more effective ideas to spread the Gospel.
I am currently leading a photography project in my church. This project focuses on creating conceptual images that reflect the themes being discussed in our community. The goals of this project are to strengthen the church's presence on social media and create works of artistic value. We also hope to showcase the works in museum exhibitions and introduce the Gospel into art spaces.
In 2019, I led a photography project with an evangelistic purpose. From 2021 to 2023, I led the youth group in my local church.
I believe the Forum and the other participants can help me be more creative in spreading God's Word. I aspire to form a team of visual artists dedicated to enhancing the communication of the Gospel through art and to use art to share and proclaim the Gospel in museums.
