Frantisek Dzubakovsky
Frantisek Dzubakovsky is a musician in Slovakia.
When I was 18, I accepted Christ during the English evangelism camp at a local church.
My high school classmate asked me many questions about life, truth, and God, which defined me.
This year, I want to return to the European Leadership Forum because I believe it is a great opportunity to expand my knowledge and gain inspiration from leaders in various fields. As a musician who serves in worship, I am interested in how leadership and collaboration principles can be applied in music and spiritual life. I look forward to discussions on current topics and challenges we face, as well as the opportunity to make new connections with experts and colleagues. I am also eager to share my own experiences and contribute to discussions that could lead to new ideas and solutions.
I am part of several worship bands, play for a Christian festival, and participate in conferences and other Christian events. As a professional musician and spiritual leader, I focus on young people, especially teenagers, helping them develop their musical and spiritual gifts. Each opportunity enriches my understanding of worship and enhances my skills. I strive to inspire and uplift others on their spiritual journey.
I previously led the brass section for the Godzone Tour, the most extensive evangelism tour in Slovakia and the Czech Republic. Over 25,000 people come every year. I was the head of the saxophone section for Bratislava Sing Gospel, an evangelism project with an impact on participants and performers.
God has given me an important responsibility to work on projects and to be the head of brass sections. It takes several years to do this, so I feel a significant commitment to grow and learn how to grow further from others. ELF represents a unique platform for personal and professional growth, which is why it is important for me to participate.
