What is your ministry?

I organise different programs and events for church leaders, including conferences, forums, and mentoring programs. I am also mentoring 3 young pastors, helping them develop leadership skills. At my local church, I chair the board of elders, which includes different kinds of ministries, including preaching and men's ministry.

When did you trust Christ?

I first trusted Christ in 1997 at a Christian student camp. My sister invited me, who had given her life to Jesus some years earlier. I fully understood the Gospel and my need for forgiveness and salvation at the camp. One evening I was asked a direct question about my future destiny - heaven or hell? This led to a deeper discussion, which ended with my prayer, asking God for forgiveness, and surrendering my life to Him.

What have been the defining moments of your Christian walk?

In 1997 I joined the Christian Student Association (ChSA), where I was an active volunteer for many years. Serving at ChSA was a great experience. I learned how to study God's word, led Bible studies, organized camps and events, and worked with people from different churches. In 2015 I became a member of the board of ChSA. I can indeed say that my mentors Ewa and Mirek Pieszka greatly influenced my life, especially in the early years of my walk with Christ.

What do you hope to gain from participating?

The Forum encouraged me to pursue further training that would help my ministry. The books my mentoring group recommended to me at the Forum have tremendously influenced how I get involved in different activities. I am focusing on using my gifts and talents to serve the Lord and His people.

What is your leadership role or what were your past leadership roles?

Since 2014 I have been a board member at ChSA. I support the organization and help make strategic decisions. In 2016 I became an elder in my local church, where I continue to learn how to be responsible for other believers and our community. I have also been involved in many initiatives organized by the Men's Development Institute (IRM) and Cru (MT28) throughout my Christian walk. I have led several conferences, camps, and meetings.

Why should someone invest in your ministry?

After almost 20 years of work at an insurance company, I am now transitioning to a new role in ministry. I am very excited about the vision of Evangelical Poland, and I would like to be part of it. Therefore, I treat my attendance at the Forum as a priority and the best place to learn and receive biblically-based inspiration for the future.
