What is your ministry?
I am serving as a Regional Representative for Bulgaria for TCMII. I prepare and lead short-term online and in-person Bible classes and prayer groups. I am currently teaching for Bible League Bulgaria in their program for Church planting.
When did you trust Christ?
In September 1991, in my hometown, Dobrich, Bulgaria.
What have been the defining moments of your Christian walk?
The defining moments have been seasons of suffering and challenges. The people who have impacted my life are leaders who have mentored me during my Christian walk. I have been through physical illness a few times, and that has impacted me as well. It challenged me to learn to trust the Lord in a new way. My studies at TCM International Institute have also influenced me significantly.
What do you hope to gain from participating?
I believe in consistent growth, and the European Leadership Forum is an opportunity to grow knowledge. We don't know what we don't know, so ELF is also a way to open my eyes to some things I don't know but need as a minister. Meeting other ministers and learning from them is priceless. TCMII professors, staff, Bible League Bulgaria director, and some other teachers will participate. This is an opportunity to learn together with people from my ministry context.
What is your leadership role or what were your past leadership roles?
I have been a prayer group leader and ministry leader for new converts for many years. From 2000 to 2018, I have taught in a local Bible School in Sofia. During 2014-2018, I was the director of the same school.
Why should someone invest in your ministry?
Every minister of Christ should invest in themselves, grow in knowledge and experience, and be part of networks to be effective for God's Kingdom. ELF is an opportunity for me to have that in a way that no other course or teaching institution can because of how it is organised, including the lectures and discussions and participation in networks for the future.
