Connie Giere currently serves as an independent consultant at By The Hand Club for Kids  (BTH), a Christ-centered after-school program situated in Chicago, committed to serving under-resourced neighborhoods. Previously, Connie filled two interim roles at BTH as Chief  Operating Officer and Chief Development Officer. Before joining BTH, Connie was the Chief Health Informatics Officer (CHIO) at Loyola University Health System, responsible for developing and implementing the electronic health record (EHR) training, optimization, and support programs for more than 4,000 clinicians. Connie received a Bachelor of Science degree from Trinity International University in  Deerfield, IL, and an MBA in Health Care Management from Loyola University in Chicago, IL. Connie and her husband, Steve, are residents of the Chicago area and members of The Moody Church where both are involved in various ministries.
