What is your ministry?
In BIG Impact, I am part of the curriculum development team and produce all the events associated with BIG. Since 2021, we developed the Romanian Leadership Forum. I produced the two events we already had and assisted the Forum Director, along with my wife, in managing the Forum throughout the year.
When did you trust Christ?
I grew up in a Christian home. I got baptised in ‘92 and became heavily involved in our youth ministry at the church through discipleship/leadership programs. I met the Lord through a deeply personal experience when I was 18.
What have been the defining moments of your Christian walk?
My defining moments have included the youth ministry I was involved in, the personal experience at 18, the move to become a youth ministry missionary, working with youth from another city in Romania (when I was 19), and the move to start working in BIG Impact ministry.
What do you hope to gain from participating?
This would be my first time at the ELF. I am interested in seeing how the ELF is run, produced, etc., so that we can best serve our national participants in the Romanian Leadership Forum.
What is your leadership role or what were your past leadership roles?
I was in leadership roles in our local youth ministry for many years. We developed a Youth Network, a national youth leader training project, training youth leaders all across Romania. In 2008, I started working in BIG Impact, assisting Gelu Paul, the national coordinator. At the same time, I became the national producer for the Global Leadership Summit Romania for nine years, overseeing the production of the GLS and helping the project management throughout the year. I was the GLS European Producer assistant for three years.
Why should someone invest in your ministry?
The Romanian church leaders would be better served.
