Besik Megrelishvili
Right now, I am involved in evangelistic ministry among teenagers. I also lead an international student ministry for medical students from Christian, Muslim, and Hindu backgrounds.
I was born and raised in a Baptist family. When I was 15, I heard a sermon about God’s love and felt that I was a sinner before God. I decided to repent and came to Christ.
The most defining moment occurred during one Sunday service. The preacher shared about God’s love. I looked at my past and realised that my life was not fully dedicated to Him even though I was a Christian. It was a turning point in my walk with the Lord.
I anticipate that attending the Youth Ministry Network will give me more knowledge on how to reach more young people for Christ. After attending last year, I noticed changes in my attitude; I was more motivated to serve the Lord and to be more dedicated. For ministry, I received many answers to my questions at the Youth Ministry network. After the Forum, I started to serve local youth and internationals, and I see it as a mission.
I have led home groups in my church.
Since I decided to serve the Lord with all my life, everything invested in me will serve His kingdom. The knowledge and experience I will gain at the Forum will be used.
