What is your ministry?
I work for a foundation that is the leading creator of Evangelical Poland. At Evangelical Poland, we’re working towards significantly increasing the impact of the Kingdom of God through developing the Polish church, education, charity, and media presence. Evangelical Poland’s vision is that by 2050 one percent of Poles will identify themselves as evangelical, which will have a significant impact and visible positive image in society. Besides working for a foundation, I create up-to-date cultural and educational spaces where the church can be a place of shared testimony and preaching the gospel through relationships.
When did you trust Christ?
I gave my life to Jesus in September 2016. Before that, I led a rebellious life working in an artistic environment. In September 2016, I attended a Bible camp organised by the Foundation where I work. They prayed for me, and I genuinely experienced God. I gave my life to Jesus. From that moment on, everything changed. I left my old life and habits behind. Two months later, I met my wife, whom I married a few months later. God gave us a wonderful daughter even though the doctors said we couldn't have children. I became a church elder in a local church and worked in Evangelical Poland, which works for unity between evangelical churches in Poland.
What have been the defining moments of your Christian walk?
The defining moment of my Christian journey was the decision to start a discipleship process with the church's pastor. The process took over two years and solidified my faith. The Foundation has influenced all my actions and the process of drawing closer to God and serving others.
What do you hope to gain from participating?
Through ELF, I would like to use all the knowledge I will gather to level up my fundraising and organisational development skills. These skills are crucial for projects I'm a part of. Thanks to the knowledge that I will learn in this Forum experience, I will have the tools to change the course of our plans for the future, for example, in my local church. Instead of doing things at the gut level, I will proceed with confidence based on knowledge.
What is your leadership role or what were your past leadership roles?
In the foundation, my assignment is to create a conference and training center with accommodation facilities and to manage it in the future. In the other project for my local church, my accommodation is to manage the whole team, create a program of events, and work with institutions to finance this project.
Why should someone invest in your ministry?
I believe that the conference center I am to create within Evangelical Poland will serve a hundred leaders, a hundred children, and a dozen churches. Such a facility needs to be managed as well as possible.
