What is your ministry?
I am the regional leader for Operation Mobilisation in Central Europe, overseeing the ministry of OM in Poland, the Czech Republic, Slovakia, Austria, Hungary, Moldova, Romania, and Bulgaria. I work with national leaders and boards. In addition, I act as the leadership development facilitator for OM Europe, working with OM international and European leaders, helping them in their leadership journey, board development, training, and consulting with OM boards in Europe. I also act as the Keswick, Hungary event leader—leading the EA working group.
When did you trust Christ?
I trusted Christ in 1995 in a church youth camp when there was an altar call.
What have been the defining moments of your Christian walk?
First was being discipled by a seminary student in the youth group. Second was getting married. Third was joining Operation Mobilisation (OM), having mentors at OM, becoming a leader, and then becoming a leadership development person for OM. Fourth was helping and coaching others and being mentored by close friends. And finally was becoming a regional leader responsible for certain Christian organisations, events, etc.
What do you hope to gain from participating?
I would like to learn more to become a better leader. I would also like to meet fellow Christian leaders from all over Europe.
What is your leadership role or what were your past leadership roles?
I have held multiple leadership positions with OM Hungary, including associate field leader and field leader (national director). Currently, I am the regional leader for Central Europe, OM Europe. In addition, I am an elder and part of the leadership team member of my church. In the past, I was also president of Shout for Life Hungary and a board member of Jews for Jesus Hungary.
Why should someone invest in your ministry?
I am on a journey as a follower of Jesus and as a leader. On this journey, there are ordinary sections and milestones. I think ELF can become a milestone in this journey.
