Almers Ludviks

I am the executive director of Partneri, an organization that seeks to see Latvia transformed by the love and power of Jesus Christ. Some of our projects include holding summer camps and retreats for artists, organizing art exhibits with spiritual themes, and leading seminars and workshops. I am also a board member of the Latvia Evangelical Alliance.
I became a Christian in the Baptist church when I was 14-years-old. I repented of my sins and Jesus forgave me.
My father was a Baptist minister, so I learned a lot about the Christian faith from listening to his words and watching the way he acted. Later I was a student at Moscow Bible School, the Latvian Baptist Seminary, Latvian Theological Seminary, and Western Conservative Baptist Seminary. I learned so much studying God’s word at these schools.
The Forum helps me be a better leader and helps us connect with other Christians and Christian organizations in Eastern Europe.
I have been a Baptist pastor, the president of the Latvian Evangelical Alliance, the vice mayor of the Riga city council, vice president of the Volleyball Federation of Latvia, and a board member of the Latvian Olympic Committee.
Investing in our ministry will help us to serve the people of Latvia more effectively.
