What is your ministry?

I am an ordained deacon and a member of the Poduene church board under the spiritual leadership of pastor Rumen Bordjiev – President of the Bulgarian Evangelical Alliance and President of the Bulgarian Pentecostal Union. I have the privilege of assisting our lead pastor in opening and conducting some of the services, leading some prayers, and preaching occasionally. In our church, I am also responsible for our missions’ projects ministry.

When did you trust Christ?

In 2003 I had several health diagnoses, and I was depressed. However, during that time, my faith grew, God answered my prayers and healed me, and I decided to trust Him and follow Him.

What have been the defining moments of your Christian walk?

In 2008 I was a financial consultant in an international company when God called me to serve Him. Thus, I left the corporate world and started serving in full-time ministry and as a volunteer in several Christian organisations.

What do you hope to gain from participating?

I want to maintain relationships and networks with Christian leaders from other churches, ministries, and countries. And seek God’s guidance through ideas, conversations, advice, and group prayers.

What is your leadership role or what were your past leadership roles?

From 2010 to 2013, I was the Regional Coordinator of EQUIP in Bulgaria and volunteered with Dr. John Maxwell’s International Leadership Program. From 2009 to 2010, I was the project manager of Crown Financial Ministries in Bulgaria. From 2008-2009, I volunteered as the Regional Coordinator for the Global Day of Prayer in Bulgaria, organising meetings and prayer meetings with Christians, pastors, and leaders of denominations together.

Why should someone invest in your ministry?

Many of my ministries until now have been non-denominational, and I was trained to connect, organize, unite, reconcile, train, and consult people. I developed these gifts while working in several teams (in the corporate world and NGOs).
