Agnieszka Domagala
I try to keep the mission's vision in Polish people's hearts and minds. Through different information channels, I try to encourage people to discover their calling and later help them reach their destination. I cooperate with European leaders on the Bible Translation Movement here in Europe. In the church, I encourage women to live a life with purpose and desire for more from God's side.
In 1987, during my studies at the University, I accepted Christ. After a few years of thinking that God doesn't exist, I encountered Jesus in one of the evangelical churches.
The most significant defining moment was God's calling for missions in 1990. So, I started going in the direction of missions (church outreaches and ministries and going to Bible College). In 1999, my husband and I joined Wycliffe Bible Translators in Poland. We have been working in the Russian Federation on various projects with minority languages there. Since 2016, I have held different leadership roles. In 2022, I took the role of Wycliffe Poland director.
I always search for new information, inspiration, and ways to cooperate. I hope to gain these things from lectures, workshops, and interpersonal relationships.
From 2016 to 2019, I was in the director's role for a Siberian part of work in the SIL branch. This involved making plans, supervising, and member care for the working teams. From 2019-2020, I was a director of the SIL branch. I worked with the whole team and led the group. Since 2022, I've been the director of Wycliffe Poland. A part of that I'm responsible for is women's ministry at my church. I also have a counseling role working with my husband (pastor) at the church.
I encourage people to grow and reach God's realm and dreams further. I hope that my life and long-distance ministries have shown that I help others to do so.
