Cristian Bulica
Presently, I am a coordinator of a Bible study group in our church. We meet every other week to worship, pray, study the Bible, and have meals together. Also, I am part of the church committee and support our team, especially on administrative issues, church services, and other annual activities.
I grew up in a community of believers and accepted Christ when I was about 16. Christ has been my foundation ever since, even when mocked for my faith. Those experiences just stirred my faith and solidified my decision to remain a believer in Christ.
The exposure to the message of the Gospel in the church was the predominant cause of my journey to Christ. Also, my parents exemplified Christian faithfulness as they often helped others who were in need. As a student, I also had good examples of people who took the time to invest in my life, and that was a time of growing in knowledge and maturity in faith. Going through some Bible studies related to marriage, faith, apologetics, and relationships brought light to these areas and helped me to strengthen my faith. More recently, I was challenged to understand how to deal with situations and people who cause division in the church. This was a painful and undesired, yet fruitful, lesson for the future.
After attending one of the seminars at ELF, I invited Mr. Paul Coulter to have a presentation in our city related to gender identity. There are expected around 150-200 people to participate. I am returning to the Forum to experience another heaven-like fellowship, get more motivation, enlarge my vision, and continue my Year-Round Mentoring training with my mentors.
I led a small discipleship group and a translator for our foreign visitors at the church.
I strongly desire a better understanding of my calling and spiritual gifts in this period of my life. I want others to walk alongside me as I better understand my calling.
