Vytautas Valiūnas is a student actively involved in his church's youth worship ministry in Lithuania.
When did you trust Christ?
When I graduated from school. I was invited to my church youth group meeting, and when I went, I saw love and care shared among my brothers and sisters in Christ. And since then, I started to understand the importance of why Jesus is my saviour and why I need to trust Him.
What have been the defining moments of your Christian walk?
In the beginning, when I started college, my heart was on fire to spread the Gospel, so I went to universities with other Christian students. Also, there were very impactful moments when my friends and my family left my church. I had to grow since then, and I'm still growing.
What do you hope to gain from participating?
My good friend and also my worship leader told me about the European Leadership Forum. I hope to grow more in Christ as a leader and have more loving relationships with like-minded people.
What is your ministry?
I lead my church's youth worship ministry. We only started recently and are still adding new members. As such, we are still getting to know each other. However, I am learning how to lead others in their spiritual walk and how to serve in the church.
Why should someone invest in your ministry?
I think churches need a next generation that can serve faithfully for Christ and His Church. I am a young man and a student who has a lot in front of me.
