Vlado Kraljevic is an elder and worship team leader at his church and an artist in Bosnia and Herzegovina.
When did you trust Christ?
I come from a Roman Catholic background and was familiar with the basic foundations of the Christian faith. However, through a series of life circumstances, I began reading and studying the Bible more intentionally. I came to a personal conviction that faith in Christ is not merely a tradition or cultural identity, but a conscious decision to trust Him as Lord and Saviour.
What have been the defining moments of your Christian walk?
Several defining moments have shaped my Christian walk. Studying Scripture with my future wife marked the beginning of a deeply personal, biblically grounded faith. Serving in the local church – first in worship leadership and later as an elder – has further refined my character, teaching me humility, perseverance, and dependence on God. Leadership has consistently pushed me toward deeper prayer and spiritual maturity.
What do you hope to gain from participating?
I heard about this Year-Round Mentoring group through a pastor who previously attended. A fellow elder from my church also shared this opportunity with me. I hope to gain both spiritual and artistic growth through the program. I am looking for guidance in integrating my faith and art more deeply, developing a consistent creative process, and learning how to communicate the Gospel more effectively through visual art. I also hope to connect with mentors and other Christian artists, and grow together in both faith and artistic calling.
What is your ministry?
I serve as a church elder and worship team leader in my local congregation, providing spiritual oversight, discipleship, and leadership in corporate worship. I coordinate and mentor the worship team while also participating in pastoral care and church leadership decisions. In addition, I offer my musical ministry to other churches to encourage unity and cooperation, seeking to communicate the Gospel through music and creative expression. I am also a visual artist working with Christian themes through drawing, painting, and digital illustration, focusing on biblical narratives and the life of Jesus Christ.
What is your leadership role or what were your past leadership roles?
Throughout my Christian journey, I have served in several leadership roles within the local church. I began by leading the worship team, coordinating musicians, organising rehearsals, and helping shape the theological and spiritual direction of corporate worship. This role required both pastoral sensitivity and practical leadership, as I sought to cultivate unity, spiritual maturity, and excellence within the team.

Individuals may want to invest in my training and ministry because I am deeply committed to serving the local church with faithfulness and long-term dedication. My leadership combines pastoral responsibility, worship ministry, and creative engagement, allowing me to influence both church life and cultural spaces. I seek to integrate theological depth with artistic excellence, using music and visual art as meaningful tools for discipleship and evangelism.
