Virgil Croitor

Virgil Croitor is a pastor and coordinator for Equip Leadership in Germany.
I was raised in a family of deeply committed Christians, and both of my parents were role models in their walk with God for all eight of us children. At age 17, I had my first personal encounter with God, leading me to surrender my life to Him. This was also when I began serving as a youth leader in the church.
A significant milestone came in 1997 when I was accepted to the European Theological Seminary in Rudersberg, Germany, where I studied Pastoral Theology.
At a previous Forum, the Church Planting course with Dr. Schindler broadened my perspective and helped me plant the New Life Church. This next year, I look forward to learning more about evangelism and connecting with people.
As a pastor at New Life Church, I am very interested in reaching people with the Gospel. Through John Maxwell's organisation, Equipleadership, I found a tool that helps me connect with people who do not know Christ. I have been the Regional Coordinator for three years, and this year, we have started to develop this work in Germany.
In the past, I have served as a youth leader and a pastor.
I see a great opportunity and also a great need to help people in Germany come to know Christ. Our primary target is the Romanian community, but we are not limiting ourselves to them.
