Tosia Kocińska is the worship leader at her local church in Poland.
When did you trust Christ?
I made my personal decision to follow Christ when I was 15 years old. It happened at a Christian camp. At the age of 16, I was baptised as a sign of my faith.
What have been the defining moments of your Christian walk?
I have undergone many surgeries, which have strengthened my faith. Serving with the “Fala” organisation in Poland and the people I met there have helped me grow in my faith. Another source of strength in my faith is serving in my local church.
What do you hope to gain from participating?
I want to learn from other leaders' experiences, grow spiritually, and get practical advice on leading a worship community.
What is your ministry?
I sing and play the piano during every Sunday service. At least once a month, I’m in charge of preparing the music and leading the singing and spiritual reflection during worship.
What is your leadership role or what were your past leadership roles?
Beyond being the music ministry leader, I served in youth ministry for a long time. I also lead a Bible study group for girls.
Why should someone invest in your ministry?
I think I have many opportunities to reach people through music and beyond. I really want to grow and gain experience in leading people to Christ and strengthening their faith.
