Tinatini Ogadze serves with Youth For Christ in Georgia.
When did you trust Christ?
I grew up in the church, but when I was 14, I was reading the Bible and had a powerful realisation that I had a purpose in life and God had a plan for me. In that moment, I decided to follow Jesus. That experience marked the beginning of a deeper faith and a new direction in life.
What have been the defining moments of your Christian walk?
Facing difficult challenges has pushed me to grow in my faith and deepen my understanding of God's love and purpose. In one defining moment, I experienced God's peace during a tough period and learned to rely on Him and trust that He was with me. I have also grown through people in my church or community speaking into my life, offering encouragement, prayers, and wisdom that have strengthened my faith and reminded me of God's presence.
What do you hope to gain from participating?
Last year’s Forum was very fruitful, and I learned many new ideas and approaches that I have started applying in my work. For example, I have improved how I lead youth discussions, created more engaging Sunday school lessons, and introduced new activities that encourage participation and spiritual growth. Overall, the Forum has helped me serve more effectively and make a greater impact on the young people I work with. I want to return to the European Leadership Forum to continue growing in my leadership and ministry skills.
What is your ministry?
I serve in multiple roles with Youth For Christ, including working as a teacher at a daycare centre, helping young children grow spiritually and personally. I also teach Sunday school to children aged 9-13 and serve as a drummer in the worship team.
What is your leadership role or what were your past leadership roles?
I've had the privilege of serving in various leadership roles within the local church and was actively involved in camp activities as a leader of teen girls in 2018 and 2019.

I am a young leader with a strong passion and desire to learn, develop, and impact the lives of young people. Investing in me would not only support my personal growth, as I learn from experienced leaders and expand my ministry, but also equip me to make a lasting impact in the lives of youth. This is an exciting time of growth, and with your investment, I can help raise up a generation of strong, faith-filled leaders who will go on to make a real difference in their communities and the world.
