Tijana Miloradović
Tijana Miloradović is the founder and director of a creative production company in Serbia.
I first heard the Gospel in my early twenties, in a moment when I was far from God and making choices born of deep emptiness. In fact, Jesus found me right in the middle of my sin, through a person I did not expect, and in a situation where I least expected Him. Even as I walked in the opposite direction, He reached for me with love. Hearing about God in that moment pierced my heart. I felt exposed, seen, and deeply loved at the same time. I knew instantly: this is the truth, this is the One I need. Jesus met me in my brokenness, not my goodness. His love confronted me, healed me, and changed the direction of my life from the inside out.
One of the defining moments in my Christian walk was the season after my first encounter with Jesus. The love I experienced was stronger than anything I had ever known, and in that 'first love' season, I shared the Gospel with everyone I met. The Holy Spirit gave me words I had never heard before, and I knew He was leading me. Another key moment was finding a community and friends who walked with me, taught me, and helped me grow in understanding Scripture and in living out my faith. I also deeply believe in the importance of mentors, and different mentors in different seasons have played a significant role in my spiritual growth — speaking truth, giving guidance, and helping me mature.
Attending the European Leadership Forum will help me grow as a young leader and strengthen my ability to build a kingdom-focused company in the media space. I would benefit greatly from mentorship, biblical leadership training, and connecting with experienced leaders across Europe who serve in similar culture-shaping fields. This would equip me to better serve both believers and non-believers I work with daily, especially those with significant public influence. The knowledge and relationships gained at the ELF would not only deepen my own walk with Christ but also directly impact the spiritual formation and growth of the team I lead.
My ministry is expressed through creative production and media, where I use storytelling to carry truth, hope, and Christian values. I work with both believers and non-believers, including many influential people, which creates strategic opportunities for the Gospel. As I lead my team, I am intentionally building a kingdom-centered company that reflects Christ in culture, excellence, and relationships. As the founder and director of a creative production company, I lead a team of young people, manage projects, and mentor emerging creatives. God is guiding me to build a healthy culture and bring a different, life-giving atmosphere into the media space in Serbia.
I have carried a natural leadership and organisational gifting since I was young. I was always the one who gathered people, initiated projects, and created structure around me. I am grateful that my parents guided me toward a strong academic path, and during university, I stepped into formal leadership as a student vice-dean and one of the initiators of the student parliament at my faculty. In high school, I served as a producer for one of the largest amateur theatres in Belgrade, which taught me responsibility, teamwork, and the ability to bring people together around a shared vision. Through all these roles, I have learned that leadership is stewardship — using the gifts God gave me to serve others, empower people, and honour Him in every season.
Individuals may want to invest in my training because the ministry God has entrusted to me reaches both believers and non-believers in one of the most influential spheres today — media and creative production. By equipping me, they are indirectly investing in young creatives I mentor, in clients with significant public influence, and in the broader culture we shape through our work. I am committed to building a kingdom-centred company, and additional training would multiply the impact, helping me serve with greater wisdom, biblical grounding, and long-term effectiveness.
