Rudolf Myhovych

Rudolf Myhovych is the President of the Christian Medical Association in Ukraine.
I was born into a legalistic Christian family. When I was 16, I grew tired of struggling with sins alone—to me, God was more of a judge than a Father. In a decisive moment, through a pastor, I surrendered to God, and that was the moment of change in my life. After that, I was on fire. In a short time, through the people who surrounded me, I began to learn theology, Scripture, and gained an understanding of God. For me, it went from the theory of religion to real life. For all my life, God had been an angry and just judge. Then, he became a Father who cares and accepts. This motivated me to serve a lot in church affairs. Eventually, I joined a church planting team.
I started to listen to sermons of one great preacher, and the Word changed me.
I love learning from others. Right now, we're in the process of restructuring our organisation. We need a system that will help us in our ministry. These are things I can learn from other leaders. Leadership summits are usually where highly qualified leaders from different fields share experiences, ideas, and best practices. This can lead to new innovative approaches in an organisation's management. Without the growth of a leader, an organisation will not grow. Therefore, I am looking for quality training, seminars, and presentations that can contribute to my personal and professional development this year.
I am involved with a national medical organisation. We help doctors to be more effective in the workplace and combine work and faith. We also help Ukrainian doctors and nurses improve professionally and in soft skills through various projects.
I was a leader at youth camps, led a teenage English club for two years, was involved in the family business as an executive director, and led mobile clinics for four years.
We are the largest Christian medical organisation in Ukraine that is involved in solving the most difficult challenges that the war poses to us.
