Roxana Medina
Roxana Medina serves in various youth leadership roles in her church in Ireland.
I first received Jesus when I was 16 years old, but I drifted away and made choices that left me feeling broken and anxious. However, for the past many years, I’ve remained consistent in my walk with Him, living in purity and growing in His calling for my life.
After my divorce, I had a real encounter with God, which became the turning point of my life. I fully re-dedicated myself to Him. Since then, I’ve been walking faithfully with Jesus. He has healed my heart, restored my identity, and given me purpose.
Attending the European Leadership Forum will help me grow as a leader and equip me with new skills and insights to serve more effectively in all areas of my ministry. I hope to learn how to better mentor and inspire the young people in my dance team, coordinate Bible school more effectively, and participate in evangelism with greater impact. The Forum will also allow me to connect with other ministry leaders, exchange ideas, and gain a fresh vision for serving God in my church and community.
I currently serve in my church by coordinating the Bible school, supporting teachers, and helping organise classes. Through this ministry, I help the team grow both spiritually and creatively. Serving in these roles allows me to encourage others in their faith and use my gifts to glorify God.
I haven’t held an official leadership role before, but I’ve been faithful in serving where needed. I’ve learned the importance of being consistent, dependable, and working well with others. I believe these qualities are the foundation of leadership, and I’m eager to grow and step into leadership when the opportunity arises.
I am committed, consistent, and passionate about serving God. I lead and mentor young people in the dance team, coordinate Bible school, and actively participate in evangelism, impacting lives both spiritually and creatively. Investing in my training will not only strengthen my leadership skills but also multiply the impact of my ministry, helping more people grow in faith and live with purpose.
