Rodica Rosior is a regional leader and develops Bible studies and other resources for IFES alumni in Moldova.

When did you trust Christ?

In February 1995, after attending a few Sunday services at Isus Salvatorul Church in Chișinău, I decided to give my life to Jesus.

What have been the defining moments of your Christian walk?

Repentance was the most defining moment as I could make sense of the Bible, the very same day I repented. Before that moment, I struggled to read it as I could not understand it.

What do you hope to gain from participating?

I heard about the European Leadership Forum (ELF) from my colleagues. I have been a subscriber to the ELF newsletters for many years, and I am using some of the webinar resources. I want to learn more about discipleship in our age, especially for Christians in the workplace, and learn from other ministers' experiences.

What is your ministry?

In the IFES / InterVarsity Graduate Impact team, I am contributing to developing Bible studies and other resources for Christians in the workplace (IFES alumni). In the regional team, I am pioneering and training local leaders to use our resources and disciple Christians dedicated to their professional careers to become Christ's ambassadors in the workplace and society. One significant contribution to our resources is the peer mentoring tool using the GROW coaching model. I am also trained as a life and organisation coach, and last September, I got my Practitioner Coach Diploma from the internationally accredited Noble Manhattan School.

What is your leadership role or what were your past leadership roles?

I was previously involved in the youth leadership team at church. In my professional career, I was the Deputy Director for Cultural International Affairs at the Ministry of Culture. In IFES, I led the Christian Students Community in Moldova for five years. Now, I am part of the board of this organisation and have a regional role of training Christians in the workplace to be ambassadors for Christ.

Why should someone invest in your ministry?

My geographic area of influence is expanding, as my role is due to new responsibilities related to peer mentoring training. And there is a need to also grow in depth to do my best in this work.
