Raghild Steinsland is the Communications Director for Revive Europe and a student Bible study leader in Norway.

When did you trust Christ?

I came to know the Lord when I was 18 after a very powerful encounter with Him. He healed me both physically and in my heart. Before this, I believed a lot of lies about who God was, so Scripture became my place of finding truth again.

What have been the defining moments of your Christian walk?

What do you hope to gain from participating?

I think being and learning in community is so valuable. The aspect of Year-Round Mentoring as part of a community is exciting to me. I also really want to grow in my Bible study leadership abilities. I hope to gain both friendship and a deeper knowledge of both loving and leading Scripture studies. I would love for this to even lead to more direction in my role with Revive, as I want our work with communities to be rooted in Scripture and lead communities into deeper fellowship. Overall, I hope to gain new skills and wisdom to bring into my work.

What is your ministry?

I am currently working as the Communities Director for Revive Europe. In this role, I get to work side by side with different communities around Europe and look at how we can give sound teaching for living out the Acts 2 example of community. We want to see communities grounded in prayer, Scripture, and fellowship, seeing communities equipped to live lives where they build friendships around the Word and prayer. With Revive, I also get to be a part of mobilising the student generation and holding events that equip and transform. I am also currently leading Bible studies. All of my current involvement has been using the manuscript study framework. This has really been a great way to grow. We've gotten to dive into both the New and Old Testaments and use both narrative and non-narrative texts.

What is your leadership role or what were your past leadership roles?
