Piotr Paradiuk

Piotr Paradiuk is a theology student in Poland, excited to make disciples and serve the Church with a biblical foundation.
Like most Poles, I was raised in the spirit of Catholic tradition. Unfortunately, apart from occasional moments where I felt some contact with the idea of faith, the concepts of the Holy Trinity or what Jesus truly did for us on the cross—even who He really was—remained foreign to me. Even after exploring Protestant Christianity and attending church, I couldn't fully enter church life; my heart remained unbroken. My true profession of faith happened during an Alpha course. I was asked directly by one of the leaders if I believed in Jesus. That simple question suddenly unveiled all the knowledge and the mystery of faith about Jesus that had been in my head all along! I suddenly understood that, yes, I wanted to believe in Jesus.
The presence of Jesus in my life changed everything dramatically. Since accepting Christ, I read the Word, cleansed my life of sin, and read theological books—among others, by Keller, Douglas Wilson, Bonhoeffer, and C.S. Lewis. The hunger for truth is something I’ve always had in me, but now I understand that I had been looking for it in the wrong places. And so, there’s truly no time to waste—I want to know the Word as well as I possibly can and follow this calling: 'The harvest is plentiful but the workers are few' (Matthew 9:37).
As a theology student, I am eager to grow in my understanding of discipleship and learn how to better support and guide others in their walks with Christ. Participating in a YRM would provide valuable teaching, resources, and connections that would help me serve more effectively in both my church and wider ministry.
I currently serve in the worship ministry at my church, where I sing as part of the worship team. This role allows me to help lead the congregation in praise and deepen our collective connection to God through music. Alongside this, I am studying theology to grow in my understanding of Scripture and to better serve the Church with a strong, biblical foundation.
In my professional life, I work as an Engineering Manager. Previously, I served as a Technical Product Manager and team leader for various IT projects. I was responsible for both technical direction and ensuring projects aligned with business goals. These roles have given me valuable experience in leadership, decision-making, and mentoring, which I also strive to bring into my service within my church.
I’m doing well in my theological studies, consistently achieving good grades, and approaching my education with deep commitment. By nature, I enjoy building bridges between different Christian communities while maintaining a strong sense of orthodoxy and staying faithful to the truth of the Gospel and the authority of God’s Word. I have a strong sensitivity to others, am not afraid to ask difficult questions. I don't feel the need to be defensive—I believe in the quiet power of truth and the steady work of the Holy Spirit.
