Phil Nussbaum
Phil Nussbaum is a co-founder and chairman of Performance Trust Capital Partners, an investment advisor for institutional investors. He retired from full-time employment there in June 2019 after 25 years with the firm. He is also on the board of Performance Trust Asset Management, which has $4 billion in fixed income (bonds) investments under management. He served for 17 years as an independent trustee for the Invesco Powershares Exchange Traded Fund (ETF) board, which has over $100 billion in assets under management. He was previously employed at the Federal Reserve Bank of Chicago. Phil graduated from Wheaton College with a BS in mathematics and has an MBA in finance from the University of Chicago. His goal was to always be an ambassador for Christ in the workplace. He serves on the board of several Christian ministries in the Chicago area.
