Peter Vincent is a retired pastor now serving as a mentor at his church in England.

When did you trust Christ?

When I was 11 years old, I responded to an appeal for salvation at a Crusader Camp and have followed the Lord ever since.

What have been the defining moments of your Christian walk?

I was called to full-time ministry whilst reading Scripture privately when I was 21 years old. This was confirmed by reading Scripture soon after being invited to train for full-time leadership and ministry in New Frontiers. Attendance at Sturgeon's College was key to my theological development. I have been greatly encouraged by my wife's steadfast walk with the Lord throughout our many years of marriage.

What do you hope to gain from participating?

I hope to gain a wider appreciation of the body of Christ and learn from others' experiences.

What is your ministry?

Since retiring from paid roles, my main focus is on fathering, mentoring, and coaching church leaders at Hope Church Ipswich and beyond. I also have ongoing oversight of churches in the UK, the Netherlands, and Ukraine on behalf of Relational Mission.

What is your leadership role or what were your past leadership roles?

Full-time teaching pastor in a small leadership team, senior Pastor in a team of five senior leaders with a further 10 staff members, teaching pastor in a team supporting the new senior pastor.

Why should someone invest in your ministry?

I have known a calling to be a father, mentor, and train leaders for many years, and seen this being fruitful in many leaders' lives. I believe this is to continue during my retirement years.
