Peter Bardos

Peter Bardos is the Operations Leader for the 4MHU organisation in Hungary.
I grew up in a Christian environment and accepted Christ when I was young. There were significant milestones, but I don't know which was the most important. Although, the heritage of faith from my grandparents and parents has benefited me. Even still, salvation is available through faith alone, not through the faith of my ancestors.
My grandparents' and parents' faith was critical in developing my faith. Growing up, I was involved in Sunday school, denominational school, and youth group. I was thankful to grow up in a Christian environment. My faith continued to grow as I became an adult. During my university years, I attended church services and was involved with Evangelikál Csoport, a group of evangelical theologians led by Tamás András Márkus. Then, I became a member of a local church and attended ELF in Hungary.
I hope that God will use this opportunity to make me a more competent, wise servant and soldier of His Kingdom. The Forum has been an extraordinary experience for me, both spiritually and intellectually. I believe that Year-Round Mentoring would be a good fit for me in my current life stage, as I am seeking guidance on how to serve the Lord and build His Kingdom. I look forward to building relationships with fellow brothers in Christ who are in a similar life situation and can encourage and support one another.
I am the lead operator of the 4MHU organisation. I bear the responsibility for the safety of 150 participants and 30 crew members in extreme conditions. I coordinate the work of 15 operators. I advise and serve others in our organisation. I am also an elder in a local church, and I also help with the English L'Abri, organising students' work and leading teams.
I have served in various leadership roles through my technical background. I also organise hiking trips and cycling tours.
I would like a clearer vision of where God wants me to serve and how I can work for His glory.
