Nikola Jovanovic

Nikola Jovanovic volunteers with Hana's Hope, a ministry that serves children with special needs and their families in Serbia.
For my 18th birthday, my parents gave me a Bible before I went to college. I finally began reading my Bible junior year. It gave meaning to my life, answered all my questions, and exposed all my sins. After six months of attending youth groups and church services, studying and examining the faith, I was baptised in April 2017.
When I got involved with different ministries in our church, I started feeling like part of a family. I got to know brothers and sisters on a more personal level, receiving encouragement to press on in my faith and help others do the same.
I am seeking to grow as a Christian to become a better servant. At the Forum, I will be able to meet new people, form new connections, and introduce others to our ministry.
I am with Hana's Hope, a ministry that supports and encourages children with special needs and their families in Serbia. We hold camps and workshops, and preach the Gospel in word and deed to lead families to salvation in Jesus.
I have led small groups at Hana's Hope camps.
The passion of our ministry is to help children with special needs and their families, who desperately want and need our help. We provide many supportive activities and events for our families, but our ultimate goal is to lead them to salvation in Jesus through our Christian witness.
