Milen Raykov is the founder and CEO of DVE Constructions who also serves as a church elder in Bulgaria.

When did you trust Christ?

I was born in a Christian family, but during my teenage years, I grew away from God. I was raised in a conservative settings and rebelled against God. Towards the end of high school, I met one of the Forum's Network leaders. His patience and love for the youth was amazing. During this time, I decided to go and be a missionary in North Uganda, and I was absolutely amazed that God can uses me, I felt so blessed by the time that I had in Uganda. After that I started my Business, and it has been a huge adventure.

What have been the defining moments of your Christian walk?

My ministry in Northern Uganda, DRC Congo, and Southern Sudan.

What do you hope to gain from participating?

This coming year, I want to prioritise growing my biblical understanding of leadership. I want to meet other Christian leaders in the market place and hopefully exchange practical ideas on the issues that we are facing. I want to find new investment ideas and utilise the recourses that God is providing to me to grow of His Kingdom. I want to share my experiences as a person from a poor family in Eastern Europe who now has a full-grown company that provides services for the US and European governments.

What is your ministry?

I'm a church elder where I organise a summer festival, as well as lead the male ministry and a business ministry for my church.

What is your leadership role or what were your past leadership roles?

I was leading the teenage ministry in the church, and I was part of a Christian band that was pretty well-known in Sofia.

Why should someone invest in your ministry?

As the founder, I have a huge impact on my company where we have more than 150 employees. My church is also expanding, and I think that is a crucial moment to grow in foundational principles of leadership.
