Martin Schaser is a retired pastor and Regional Coordinator with Beyond Success in Austria.

When did you trust Christ?

I grew up in a Christian Family and at 17 years old, I experienced God. At 18 years old, I was baptised and became a member of a Pentecostal church in Romania.

What have been the defining moments of your Christian walk?

It was first a Christian book, written by Oswald J. Smith, The Man God Uses, that moved me to search for God and experience him. God changed my life through this book. Secondly, I experienced supernatural healing when I was 18 years old and attended a small prayer group in a small Church.

What do you hope to gain from participating?

I wish to attend the Forum because I need to grow so that I can help others grow. Being in a position of leadership, I wish to encourage other leaders to invest their potential into God´s Kingdom.

What is your ministry?

Because of my experiences coming to Christ, I decided to attend and study at a Bible college and become a minister / pastor. I have served as a pastor and a church planter for various churches in Romania, Austria, and Spain. I am now a retired pastor, but I am still helping to pastor the Church Casa inchinarii - Braunau. Most actively, I am a regional coordinator with the Beyond Success ministry.

What is your leadership role or what were your past leadership roles?

My leadership roles over the past four decades have included pastoral roles and teaching practical theology.

Why should someone invest in your ministry?

Even if I am retired from my pastoral ministry, I am active in Beyond Success, and this is a reason to invest in me. I can impact others and help other leaders reach their full leadership potential. I seek to inspire and encourage others to develop their potential and invest it into the kingdom of God.
