Magdalena Panov
Magdalena Panov is involved in various administrative duties at her church in North Macedonia.
I first heard about God in my early teenage years. God first transformed my father’s life; witnessing the change in him, my family and I started going to church. I began reading the Bible, getting to know God, and enjoying fellowship with Him and His presence. A few years later, after gaining a deeper understanding of who God is, I made the decision to be baptised and fully dedicate my life to Him. Since then, I haven’t lived a single day without God. I came to know the truth through His Word, and that truth has set me free.
I experienced the greatest spiritual growth attending Bible school in Belgrade. After graduating, I stayed to work for the school as the director’s assistant, where I was responsible for mentoring students, organising, and coordinating various projects.
I heard about the Forum from my spouse, who attended previously, and from my former colleague. I believe the Forum can help me learn more about leadership, counselling, and how to better serve all the groups of people I am currently working with and ministering to.
Currently, I serve full-time in my church as a worship leader and in administrative roles. In these roles, I work with youth, women, children, and families with special needs. I also help with cooking for the homeless and many other ministry activities, like administering an online church-planting school and co-coordinating a Christian camp.
I served as the youth leader in my home church and later as an assistant at a Bible school, mentoring students, organising, and coordinating projects.
Investing in my training is an investment in the lives of many others. By developing my skills in leadership, counseling, and ministry, I will be better equipped to serve children, youth, women, families with special needs, and the homeless. This training will allow me to expand the impact of our church ministries, improve the quality of support we provide, and help more people experience hope, healing, and transformation. In turn, I will be able to raise and equip new leaders who will further multiply the mission and reach even more lives for God’s Kingdom.
