Luca Anna-Letitia
Anna-Letitia Luca is in the counselling department at her church in Romania.
I made the decision to trust and follow Jesus at the age of 14, when I consciously surrendered my life to God after hearing a message at my church. As I was struggling with constant fear, the message that Jesus came to free us from fear deeply touched me, and through prayer and reflection, I knew this was the right step and the beginning of a committed relationship with Christ.
After giving my life to God, I began to search more deeply and study how the disciples lived with such faith and spiritual authority. I started reading the Bible daily, often spending about an hour each day seeking answers. A few years later, I was awarded a scholarship in France, which marked a new season in my faith journey. There, I joined a church where I learned about the baptism of the Holy Spirit and began earnestly praying for this experience. After several months, during a conference, I was baptised with the Holy Spirit, and my prayer life was radically transformed. I began to pray differently and became deeply moved by people's suffering. As I prayed for them, I saw a real impact—many shared that they felt understood and helped through those moments.
Attending the European Leadership Forum would significantly strengthen our counselling department by equipping me with deeper biblical insight, practical tools, and wise leadership perspectives that can be applied directly to our counselling ministry. It would allow me to learn from experienced Christian leaders, gain best practices for counselling, and better understand how to address complex spiritual and emotional needs in today’s context. The Forum would also help me grow personally as a leader, sharpening my discernment and ability to serve with greater effectiveness and integrity. Ultimately, what I learn will be shared with our counselling team, helping us bring more fruit, excellence, and Christ-centred care to those we serve.
As a leader in my church's counselling department, I provide spiritual and emotional support to individuals seeking guidance and healing. I lead counselling sessions that combine prayer, biblical principles, and attentive listening to help people gain clarity and direction. I also help discern needs, pray with individuals, and encourage them in their personal faith journey. In addition, I support and collaborate with other counsellors to ensure care is offered with wisdom, compassion, and integrity. Through this role, I aim to create a safe and trusting environment where people can experience restoration and growth, not only getting healed, but also keeping that healing or freedom they experience.
Over the past six years, I have served in my church as a prayer leader, overseeing the House of Prayer and coordinating prayer marathons across my country.
Individuals may want to invest in my training because their support directly contributes to the spiritual, emotional, and personal restoration of many lives. Through continued training, I am able to grow in biblical wisdom, discernment, and counselling skills, which strengthen the quality and effectiveness of the care we provide. Investing in my training will help me equip other dedicated leaders, promote responsible and compassionate counselling, and expand the impact of prayer-centred, Christ-focused support within our church and beyond. Investing in my training is not only a personal investment but also an investment in my entire team, as I am committed to passing on and multiplying what is poured into me.
